In today's world the image of the organization is one of the most important factor in the company's success. Most organizations try to create and manage their image, not the exception, and sports organizations. Good image is an asset of the organization, which increases the value of the organization and provides a competitive advantage. The main problematic issue : How to improve Lithuanian Football Federation image? The aim - To evaluate the current image of the Lithuanian Football Federation and find ways to improve it. Methods of the thesis :  Literature analysis  Questionnaire  Organization data analysis The structure – The theoretical part discusses concepts of image and image formation. The practical part of the work introduces the results of Lithuania football federation image research. The project part of the work identifies possible ways to improve the image of Lithuania football federation. Results. According the results of research, we can say that the existing Lithuania Football Federation image needs to be improved. The key factors in image issues are poor infrastructure, sports results, various scandals and poor communication. In order to ensure successful organization work in the future of the organization, it is necessary to improve the image. Conclusions. Good management and strategically formative image can solve the current Lithuania football federation image problem. By research data sport results and sports infrastructure are key factors of weak federation image. Sports infrastructure and sports results come in the future, but federation need to improve their image today, so Lithuania Football Federation of their daily tasks and activities must promote a positive image, which does not affect the poorer sports results. The goal of the federation must be effective financial management, transparent activities, quality communication, that is the key factors for a better image. The work consists of 46 pages, 6 tables, 20 pictures, 28 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.	en
