It is very important for every organization, as well as sports clubs or centers such as Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center to meet the expectations of consumers. Consumer demand is heavily dependent on the range of services provided. Therefore, it is necessary to know whether there is a shortage of sports facilities in the assortment. This paper will examine whether there is a need to include non-traditional sports in addition to the range of services that are already offered. Problem of the thesis: does the range of provided sports services in the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center meet consumer expectations? Aim of the thesis – to analyze the range of services provided by the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center; Objectives of the thesis:  To analyse out the analysis of the scientific literature about the range of sporting services and their correspondence to consumer expectations;  To analyze the range of services provided by the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center and to provide an analysis of consumer survey;  To present a range of development plans for the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center. Methods of the thesis: analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire. Structure of the thesis: The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis analyzes consumer expectations, the concept of sports services and assortment management and its criteria. The analytical part discusses the characteristics of the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center. The practical part discusses data collected from surveys, the directions of the improvement of the sports center and consumers’ position towards planned non-traditional sports inclusion to the range of existing sporting services, at the end of the paper proposals for the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center will be presented. Results of the thesis: Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center has a very large number of prevailing sports, however results of the questionnaire showed that in order to meet the expectations of the consumer, the Center should enlarge the range of services they already offer by adding non-traditional sports. Suggestions/recommendations: It can be argued that in order not to lose consumers and to meet their expectations, it is necessary to include non-traditional sports in the range of sporting services that are already provided. Additionally, respondents decided that they would want a Frisbee game (flying disc sport) to be added. This way, the Trakai Physical Culture and Sports Center will attract even more consumers, while still fulfilling the expectations of existing users. Final thesis contains: 48 pages, 11 tables, 23 pictures, 3 annexes, 19 literature and scientific sources, 4 appendices.	en
