(brief description of the material, reflecting the theme, is presented in the work with relevance of the work proven why this theme is worth being explored). The main problem of the thesis - how to form the proper image of the “Torando” basketball school. The aim of the thesis - analyze the theoretical aspects of the formation of the image, to submit a proposal to Tornado basketball school in forming a positive image. Objectives of the thesis - To analyze theoretical features of theoretical aspects, to submit a proposal to Tornado Basketball School for the formation of positive diversity. . Methods of the thesis – analysis of literature, collection of information about the basketball school "Tornado", questionnaire survey. The structure – Part one: conception of the image, theoretical aspects of image formation, image stamping tools, peculiarities of organization image formation. Second part: research methodology and organization, presentation of Tornado KM, image-forming tools and channel, presentation of questionnaire survey results. Part Three Conclusions and Proposals. The results - analyzed the theory of the image, as well as analyzed the information about the basketball team of Tornado. Fencing offers for the Tornado basketball team. Short suggestions/recommendations Tornado Basketball School requires more investment in complementary activities to improve its image. The work consists of 40 pages, 6 tables, 13 pictures, 20 references and sources of information.	en
