Nowadays most organizations are trying to find a wide range of opportunities in order to maintain the highest level of market competitiveness. However, the head of each institution understands that employees are the main source of work and productivity. The concept of motivation is one of the most important aspects of personnel management that determines the efficient and consistent work of the company. It explains what measures the institution can use to encourage people to adapt their efforts and abilities to achieve their goals (Jiang, 2010). Therefore, it is very important for managers to find and identify suitable motivational measures that motivate the employee. The main problem of the professional BA thesis – motivational measures that determine effective management of women handball clubs. The aim of the professional BA thesis – to evaluate the management of motivational in women handball clubs. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. To discuss theoretical concepts of motivation and motivational measures. 2. Describe the theoretical management components of the main motivational tools. 3. To evaluate the management of motivational measures in Lithuanian women's handball clubs. Methods of the professional BA thesis 1. Analysis of scientific literature sources; 2. Questionnaire; 3. Analysis ant statistics of questionnaire. The structure. Bachelor thesis consists if an introduction, theoretical, analytical and design parts. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of motivation, the advantages and differences of types of internal and external motivation are discussed based on the sources of scientific literature. The analytical part of the work describes organization and methodology of the research. The design part of the work presents improvements to improve the motivational aspects. There are also conclusions, literature and annexes. Results. In the research, respondents' answers revealed that individual achievements, the concept of development and improvement, the recognition of the best player, the annual compulsory health check costs and the conditions for conducting the activity are assessed in the most favorable manner in the management of motivational measures. However, problem areas are also highlighted: lack of understanding of managers expectations, uncertain career opportunities, inappropriate conflict resolution tools, information on managerial decisions and inadequate communication. Suggestions. The study suggests that clubs will be helped by research to help determine which motivational measures are currently being promoted and relevant to players. As well as improving the situation, the individual interviews of the coaches with each person, discussing how they feel, should be improved and what they expect. The work consists of 53 pages, 10 tables, 17 pictures, 44 references and sources of information, 1 appendix. en
